Michele Bramble

Hello, I'm Michele, a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to providing a safe, supportive environment where your voice is heard and valued. I believe in creating a collaborative relationship with my clients to explore all of life’s messy emotions. I enjoy working with adults and adolescents (ages 15 and up) struggling with anxiety, depression, negative sense of self, divorce, and relationship issues. My goal is to help individuals develop the skills and strategies necessary to lead fulfilling, meaningful lives. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia Southern University, and my Master of Arts in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University. I am currently working under the supervision of an LCPC, and am committed to ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field. I understand that seeking counseling is just the first step of an amazing journey of self-discovery and healing, and I would be honored to navigate that journey with you. 

Approach

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered, mindfulness-based interventions, as well other interventions to help each client reach their goal. I will walk alongside you as we explore your thoughts, emotions and behaviors and how even small changes can make a big difference.
